Walter has a broad range of experience representing individual and corporate clients in state and federal court. In commercial litigation matters, he has represented major financial institutions, real estate companies, and insurance brokerages, among others. Walter has also defended labor and employment claims on behalf of large corporations, represented creditors in bankruptcy litigation, and handled all aspects of complex cases from inception through trial. Walter earned his B.A. from Columbia University, graduating magna cum laude. After graduating Order of the Coif at USC Law School, Walter clerked on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the Hon. Cynthia Holcomb Hall. During law school, Walter clerked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., in the agency’s Fraud Division.
