Chloe has represented a broad range of clients in civil and criminal matters. Prior to joining Baker Marquart, Chloe handled securities and commercial litigation matters at Skadden Arps and defended clients in felony and misdemeanor trials with Brooklyn Defender Services.

Chloe received her law degree from NYU Law, where she served as Chair of the Animal Law Committee and NYU Brady Campaign. She graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a B.A. in government.
